Business and Management Performance Improvement Skills

Introduction

How might you create an organization where ongoing improvements in performance are regarded as the norm rather than the subject of yet another ‘short term, stand-alone project’? The Balanced Scorecard is a proven approach to management that translates your strategy into action and supports on-going performance improvement whilst balancing both operational and strategic goals. Improving Performance using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) will show you how to apply and adapt the process for your company. Specifically, you will learn how:

  • The Balanced Scorecard builds into a strategic performance management tool
  • To select strategic measures that make sense for your organization
  • To differentiate between KPIs and strategic measures
  • To focus resource and potential on delivery
  • To monitor and improve performance throughout

This Five-day course will focus on enabling delegates, whatever their experience, to become familiar and comfortable with the design and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard as a means to deliver the strategic agenda and improve strategic performance.
