Introduction
Wind energy is considered one of the very important renewable energy resources around the world. There is a big enhancement for wind energy utilization whether it is for electricity generation or for water pumping. The course will highlight and talk deeply about the manufacturing techniques and strategies for the sake of managing the local production and manufacturing for such units.
Objectives
To train the participants on the different available methods and techniques that are being used in the manufacturing of wind turbines with locally available materials. The course will cover all associated techniques together with videos and photos for the manufacturing process.
Training Methodology
The program is delivered in a combination of lecture-style and computer-based training. In addition, a significant amount of time is set aside for small working group activity when addressing case study problems. Extensive use is made of case study material to underline the key aspects of the course and to give the delegates exposure to current best practice.
