Introduction
This interactive course is designed to help you plan and execute an audit of your business processes, risk management and balance scorecards/KPI's. By focusing on techniques for understanding and evaluating process flows and objectives, you will learn how to uncover associated process risks and assess the effectiveness of their related controls. In addition to learning from real-world case studies, you will receive other reference materials for your future use.

Training Methodology
The workshop is based on a combination of interactive activities – group and individual exercises, case studies and discussions – along with formal inputs. Delegates also create a plan of action for applying lessons learned within their own organisations
